DR. Sands– Chiropractor Carrie Sands, D.C., C.C.S.P. Received her Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University and her doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. She is a McKenzie practitioner and one of only a handful certified in Performance for Life; a specialized form of sports-specific spinal rehabilitation selected by the Denver Broncos as well as many other professional athletes. She received her CCSP in 2015 (Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician). This makes her one of only 2 chiropractors in the Kalamazoo area with this certification. CCSP certification qualifies her to sideline assist at the collegiate and professional sports level. Her specialties are injury rehabilitation, infant & pediatric chiropractic as well as pregnancy. Dr. Sands is licensed and practicing in both the Kalamazoo and Metro Denver area. While in Michigan, she has built a successful, multi-disciplinary practice and changed the landscape of health care delivery in Western Michigan. She served the Michigan Association of Chiropractors for 5 years in many capacities including District 6 President and as a District Rep on the Board of Chiropractors.
Nicole – Massage Therapist: Nicole graduated in 2014 from Everest Institute of Massage Therapy, where she earned her license to practice massage therapy. She is very knowledgeable is several different techniques and modalities, most commonly used are myofascial and muscle release therapy, deep tissue with a combination of relaxing Swedish massage, and trigger point work. She is a firm believer in the endless benefits of massage therapy.

Amy oversees all services, marketing and staff management at Sands. You’ll see her supporting the front desk staff and maintaining services in both the Chiropractic office and downstairs in the performance center.
Christina – Office Assistant:
Christina will be at the front desk to welcome you and see you on your way. She is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the front of the house at Sands.
